Product Overview
Print visitor and event badges from your PC, Mac, smartphone or tablet using USB, Ethernet, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth and the free Brother badge printing software and apps. Includes 3 non-adhesive card rolls to print around 1,000 badges.
Can also be used with professional visitor management apps and software from other companies that offer compatibility for this model of badge printer.
Independent Software Vendors can easily incorporate support for this printer into their own apps and solutions.

Optional Li-ion battery base
There are situations where you may need to print labels away from a power source, such as use on a portable trolley and printing from a tablet in retail, healthcare or similar industries. The optional Li-ion battery base has a fast charge function, and lasts for thousands of labels on a full charge.
Print in black and red
The QL-820NWBcVM also enables printing in black and red over the entire printable area of the label using the Brother DK-22205 label roll, ensuring key information is highlighted such as “valid on” dates.
Direct-to-clothing labels
As an alternative to the non-adhesive roll, the Brother DK-11234 self-adhesive badge labels have been developed to stick directly to clothing. As no clip-on badge holder is required it makes it ideal for handing out to guests arriving at events. Once each guest leaves, they can simply peel off the label before disposing of it.
Added versatility
In addition to visitor badges, you can also produce labels for document filing, custom signage, envelopes, packages, shelving and more.
Free software and apps to design and print badges
Brother P-touch Editor label design software for PC and Mac and the Brother iPrint & Label app for iOS and Android are available for download to design visitor and event passes containing text, frames, logos, images and barcodes. Simply edit your visitor's details and print your badges on demand.
